What you’ll be doing

• Building and refining financial policies, procedures, and internal controls
• Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
• Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership
• Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risk
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies
• Develop and improve financial systems, controls, and processes

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• CA or CPA qualified
• 3–4 years’ experience in a similar finance role
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Experience with financial systems and advanced Excel skills
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Strong leadership and communication abilities
• Someone who thrives in a growing, evolving environment
