Description of the role: We’re seeking a Senior IT Analyst to join our IT team. In this role, you will deliver Level 2 technical support across end-user, infrastructure, and application environments, resolving complex issues and contributing to service improvement and team knowledge.
What makes you ‘just right’:
- 3–5 years’ experience in IT Support or Systems Administration, with exposure to infrastructure and application environments.
- Proven ability to resolve complex technical issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Experience working in fast-paced environments, prioritising tasks and managing critical incidents.
- Ability to support senior stakeholders with professionalism and discretion.
- Familiarity with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, identity and access management (SSO/MFA), and ticketing systems.
- Exposure to cloud platforms and security operations, with a willingness to develop further.
What your day might look like:
- Administer and support Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Entra ID/Azure AD, Intune), resolving complex identity, email, access, and device compliance issues.
- Manage endpoint and mobility services via Intune, including device onboarding, policy enforcement, application deployment, and troubleshooting across Windows and mobile platforms.
- Act as the escalation point for complex incidents from the Service Desk, performing advanced troubleshooting across infrastructure, servers, networks, and applications, and coordinating with internal teams and vendors as required.
- Support and troubleshoot user onboarding and offboarding processes, including account provisioning and deprovisioning issues.
- Maintain high standards of ticket documentation, resolution quality, and user communication.
- Contribute to problem management and root cause analysis, working with internal teams and vendors to prevent recurring incidents.
- Participate in IT projects and gain exposure to security and cloud infrastructure initiatives.
- Provide IT support to senior management and executive stakeholders when required.
