The Opportunity:

Our Restructuring and Insolvency division have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and driven Supervisor or Manager to join their team.

You'll work closely with the Directors and the broader team members on a wide variety of complex restructuring, advisory, insolvency and bankruptcy appointments, you also have the opportunity to work with other divisions on special assignments, such as safe harbour engagements, valuations, expert reports and forensic investigations.

We're looking for an individual with exceptional communication skills, a common-sense approach, an ability to think outside the box and the desire to continue to progress their career in restructuring and insolvency.

This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your mentoring and leadership skills with a group of intelligent and enthusiastic individuals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic, commercial and financial advice to restructuring clients
  • Managing insolvency investigations and associated reporting
  • Prepare reports to creditors, outcome statements, deficiency accounts
  • Manage asset realisations
  • Coordinating trading administrations
  • Liaise with various stakeholders including lawyers, valuation agents, government bodies and agencies
  • Assist with the management and development of more junior team members

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • 4+ years insolvency experience
  • ARITA Advanced Certification Course and membership
  • Developed technical restructuring and insolvency knowledge
  • Ability to effectively communicate with all stakeholders
  • Developed ethical values  
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • A team focused approach, and a desire to motivate and mentor more junior team members
