The role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual who is looking to take that first step in their Administration career.  You will join us as a Junior Receptionist / Administration Assistant, working in the Business Advisory Team and covering Reception when the Receptionist is on leave and during breaks.

You will work alongside, and be mentored by an experienced Personal Assistant, who will provide you with all the tools, guidance and training needed to assist you to achieve your future career goals. 

We view this role as a stepping stone to becoming a confident and successful Personal Assistant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reception
  • Scanning and electronic filing
  • Drafting Correspondence
  • Data Entry
  • Preparing client documentation
  • Assistance with diary management for a group of busy Directors
  • Booking director and staff members’ travel
  • Adhoc duties, as required, such as banking, stationary orders, checking inventory, etc.

  • Excellent phone manner and personal presentation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Enjoy multi-tasking of general office duties
  • Completion of a business administration related certification
  • Enjoys working within a team
